Citizens State Bank is excited to announce the launch of our new Online Banking experience.
You will experience a cleaner, simpler, and more secure digital banking platform for all your mobile and online banking needs.
Accessing the New Digital Experience
- Visit our website, www.csbtx.bank, to sign in from any device.
- Enter your Login ID you previously established unless you received specific communication that your username must be changed.
- In the password field, enter your normal password that you've used to login to online banking previously.
- Following this, you will be prompted to enter an authentication code. This code will be sent to the cell phone number that is tied to your account.
- You can also receive the authentication code via phone call, or through the Authy App. You can download the Authy app via Google Play or the App Store.*
- Once you've entered the authentication code, you will be able to access the new online banking experience! The new experience similarly functions like our CSB Mobile App. Haven't downloaded the app yet? You can do so via the Google Play or App Store.*
